Attorney Gladys Daniels

MANAGING ATTORENY . FOUNDER

Founder and lead attorney of The Daniels Legal Group PLLC (formerly Osagiede & Associates), with principal offices in Houston and surrounding Texas cities. Attorney Daniels and her team carry over 35 years of cumulative practice across multiple disciplines. A Suma Cum Laude graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, she previously served as an intern prosecutor with the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office and as a transactional attorney at El Paso Energy. Licensed in Texas since 2000, she is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. She also holds an LL.M with Honors in Energy Law from the University of Houston Law Center.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Attorney David has brought immediate value to the firm. A skilled immigration attorney with strong research instincts, he is an avid defender of immigrant rights and relentless in his pursuit of justice for clients.

Henry Palacios

OFFICE MANAGER

Henry came to the firm from a healthcare background as a registered nurse and has been at The Daniels Legal Group for more than 20 years — bringing quiet quality and a steady professionalism to the organization. He holds a Bachelor's of Accounting with a theological background from the Pontifical University of Madrid.

Noel Rodriguez Copa

Profesor Rodrigo is a professional lawyer who has also worked as a translator, teacher and author. His writing — including widely read guides on U.S. immigration, citizenship, and the VAWA and U Visa processes — is distributed by Amazon, Walmart, Google Play, Barnes & Noble and others. He brings that pedagogical clarity to client work every day.
