Attorney Gladys Daniels

Attorney Gladys Daniels is the founder and lead attorney of The Daniels Legal Group PLLC (formerly Osagiede & Associates), with principal offices in Houston and surrounding Texas cities. She and her team bring over 35 years of cumulative legal experience across multiple practice areas.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Attorney Daniels began her career as an intern prosecutor with the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office before serving as a transactional attorney at El Paso Energy. She has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2000 and is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. She also holds an LL.M. with Honors in Energy Law from the University of Houston Law Center.

Henry came to the firm from a healthcare background as a registered nurse and has been at The Daniels Legal Group for more than 20 years — bringing quiet quality and a steady professionalism to the organization. He holds a Bachelor's of Accounting with a theological background from the Pontifical University of Madrid.
