Attorney Gladys Daniels is the founder and lead attorney of The Daniels Legal Group PLLC, formally known as Osagiede & Associates Law firm with principal Offices in Houston and surrounding cities in Texas. Attorney Gladys Daniels and her legal team have cumulatively over 35 years of experience in the practice of Law in several areas of law.
Prior to graduating from Thurgood Marshall law school, where she graduated with Suma Cum Laud, Attorney Gladys Daniels gained experience as an Intern prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office of Fort Bend County, Texas.
Prior to delving into Private Practice, Attorney Daniels worked briefly as a Transactional Attorney in El Paso Energy, Houston Texas Where she was exposed to litigation in Energy oil and Gas matters Attorney Daniels has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2000 and is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Attorneys Daniels also holds a Master’s Degree, LL.M with Honors in Energy law, from University of Houston Law Center

Henry Palacios
Office Manager
Henry Palacios has his earlier background in healthcare as a registered nurse. Henry has been working in the Daniels Legal Group for over 20 years and has brought quality & professionalism to the organization. We are proud to have Henry as a member of the Daniels Legal Group. Henry obtained a Bachelors of Accounting with a Theological Background from the University Pontifical of Madrid.
Roberto Reyna
Senior Paralegal
With over 6 years of experience in family law, Mr. Reyna has successfully assisted hundreds of clients through The Daniels Legal group in achieving the best possible results for their clients. Mr. Reyna understands the adversity and hardship our clients go through. Whether it is a divorce or custody case, Roberto is dedicated to reassure every client that they are not alone and will fight for them until the end. Roberto Reyna obtained a BBA in Management & an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal from South Texas College.
Darwin Malave
Immigration Specialist
Originally from Venezuela, Darwin Malave brings high performance work to our team. He is one of the many members on our team that is able to work with cross cultural people. Darwin has a law degree from the University of Venezuela and a MBA from Humboldt International University. He is an immigration specialist and is based out of the San Antonio office. Darwin brings value in the customer service, office procedures, and documents management. Not only is he an immigration specialist, but Darwin is also an expert in civil, criminal, and human resources.
Veronica Hernandez
Bilingual Legal Assistant
Veronica Monique Hernandez started her career in 2016 as a legal assistant with the Daniels Legal Group PLLC when it was known as Osagiede and Associates Law Firm. Soon after because of her boisterous and passionate personality, she soon became the law firm's field representative & client acquisition manager. Veronica oversees the client base in the Rio Grande area as well as the San Antonio area. She spends most of her day visiting various detention centers with the attorneys & assisting in translating when needed. She is a jack of many trades. If it consists of meeting, helping, or conversing with people she is in her element. We are pleased to have Veronica providing value to our law firm. Veronica loves her job, life , family, and her pet FRIDA aka “Pup Legal.”
